The factory cranks will hold up to what your doing so long as it is properly prepped. After the few builds I've done with the Eagle crank I'd think that it will hold up fine also. They do need to be reground right off the bat though. At a minimum they should be polished. Tolerances are not tightly held from one journal to the other. Visually the journal finish is terrible and it is on the rough side. Somewhat of a funky oil hole arraingement but it seems to work fine. I've seen/used the Eagle canks in other brands with no durability problems. Many making 6 and 700hp and raced religiously. I would expect them all to be of the same material. So I doubt that is an issue. Just wish they did better at grinding them.
